The activity and the servicing to clients carried out by the Law office of CUGURRA-ROCCA are based on the following concepts:

Fluency in English, French, Spanish, Serbian, Russian Romanian, enabling an easy understanding and coordination between the client, the lawyer and the local parties.

In common with most international firms, we asses our fees on the basis of time incurred for the great majority of our work, although property related work is also charged on the basis of the value of the property.

In addition to assessing the time spent, we also take into consideration factors such as the complexity of the matter, the specialised knowledge and responsibility involved and the number and importance of the documents. Occasionally, where the amount of work can be assessed in advance we can give a fix quotation.

Riccardo Fedederico Rocca, Francesco Cugurra and their colleagues are always prepared at no cost to attend initial meeting to discuss preliminary matters and also give estimates of likely fees. It is also our policy to keep clients fully informed as a matter proceeds, of the level of costs being incurred.
